- ✓ SuperForm MAX+ is a premium rigid foam insulation with all the performance attributes of EPS+ but has the added benefit of a unique graphite cell structure, Neopor® graphite polystyrene, reflecting radiant heat.
Benefits of SuperForm EPS+ and SuperForm MAX+ include:
- Stable R-Value: Provides a stable R-value that does not deteriorate over time.
- Compressive Strength
– EPS+: Available in 10, 16, 20, 25, 30, 40, and 60 psi.
– MAX+: Available in 10, 16, 20, 25, and 30 psi - Moisture Resistance: Closed-cell polystyrene insulation that is proven to resist moisture gain
- Drying Potential: Designed to release moisture and maintain its R-value over time quickly.
- Low Environmental Impact: Does not use or contain ozone-depleting blowing agents such as HFCs.
- Cost-Effective: Up to 40% more cost-effective than XPS.
Building Applications of SuperForm EPS+ and SuperForm MAX+ include:
- Above Grade
- Below Grade

- Custom Cuts
Advantages of EPS over XPS
The main difference is the water permeance level. XPS does not take on water as soon, but once it does it doesn’t loose that water. EPS takes on water a bit sooner but has way higher drying potential. XPS has very little R value when soggy. EPS has excellent R value when soggy. EPS is more cost effective.
- Custom cut options
- Custom cuts for mini barn floors
- EPS16 is good for under garage and basement slabs
- EPS25 is good for farm shops and light to medium heavy commercial

SuperDeck
SuperDeck is a panel that is 8” thick and 2’ wide and 8’ long. It is designed to be a form to create a concrete floor or roof with concrete beams. It also provides insulation value while saving time in prepping for the pour. It has slots for 2x wood material on the bottom to provide a fastening point for a ceiling below. (It does require shoring support for the pour.)
