Hulk Acrylic Waterproofing
Hulk Acrylic Waterproofing is a spray- or roll-applied elastomeric membrane designed for waterproofing ICF foundations. For below-grade ICF applications, it is installed with Hulk SRT textile reinforcement to create a reinforced, monolithic waterproofing system. The membrane bonds directly to ICF foam and concrete while the SRT fabric strengthens the coating across seams, joints, and transitions. It remains flexible in extreme cold down to -40°F and resists cracking and moisture intrusion. The coating can also be custom tinted and mixed with washed or screened sand, allowing application by hopper or texture sprayer to produce a stucco-like finish for exposed ICF walls.

Soprema
Soprema is a high-quality, self-adhesive, rubberized peel and stick sheet designed for damp-proofing SuperForm ICF construction. Benefits include high tensile strength and puncture resistance, greater flexibility and consistent thickness, ensuring the high-end waterproofing required to give you peace of mind that your below-grade builds won’t leak.

Elastocol Stick H2O
Polymer emulsion-based primer designed to improve the adhesion of self-adhesive waterproofing membranes on most substrates. It is an excellent choice when the use of solvent-based primer is not recommended.

Sopraseal Sealant
High-performance, moisture cure, solvent and isocyanate free polyether sealant (STPE) with low VOC content. With its adhesive properties, Sopraseal Sealant is designed to seal wall details.

Dimpled Foundation Membrane
Dimpleboard is made from tough long-lasting plastic that keeps exterior moisture out. It prevents backfill material from touching the foundation wall and bridges typical wall cracks with ease, and can be backfilled right away. The dimple in the membrane creates a drainage space that allows the wall to breathe. The space allows moisture to condensate outward onto the membrane. By gravity, the moisture then falls to the footing drain for removal.
Available in 7’11” tall and 8’11” tall. Rolls are 65 1/2 feet long.
Protecto Wrap
Protecto Wrap Universal Primer-Free Membrane is a self-adhered waterproofing membrane designed for ICF foundations and walls. It bonds directly to ICF without primer or mechanical fasteners, even in temperatures as low as -20°F. The fully adhered membrane creates a continuous barrier that blocks moisture intrusion at seams and transitions. It also functions as an air and vapor barrier for improved envelope performance. The membrane can remain exposed for up to six months during construction.
